1st and 5th metatarsal osteotomies fixed with Acutrak screw

Patient with pain dorsal aspect of 1st metatarsal head due to elevated 1st metatarsal (Dorsal Bunion). Also pain lateral aspect of 5th metatarsal head (Tailors Bunion). Treatment: 1) Hohmann Osteotomy 1st metatarsal with 17.5mm Acutrak screw fixation. Osteotomy was made to plantar transpose head of 1st metatarsal.
2) 5th metatarsal osteotomy with 10.0mm Mini Acutrak screw fixation. Osteotomy was made to move head of 5th metatarsal medially.
